Terms of Use
Kodyfier Vault is operated by KODYFIER FUTURE TECHNO TRAINING PRIVATE LIMITED, Pune, India (Google Play developer: kodyfier).
These terms apply to Kodyfier Class Vault (“the Vault”), its website and the Kodyfier Vault mobile app, run by KODYFIER FUTURE TECHNO TRAINING PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”). By signing in you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
- Accounts are created by Kodyfier for enrolled students. There is no public sign-up.
- Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else sign in as you.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Course content
- Recordings, notes, aptitude questions and other material in the Vault belong to Kodyfier. You may use them for your own learning.
- You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or republish them, or give anyone else access to them.
- What you can open depends on your enrolment. Access to a course may end on the date agreed when you enrolled.
Discussions
Questions and replies you post can be read by other students in the same course. Keep them:
- about the lesson or the course;
- respectful — no abuse, harassment, hate or threats;
- free of spam, advertising, and anyone’s personal details.
You can report any post that breaks these rules from the Kodyfier Vault app, or by emailing us. We review reports, may remove posts that break them, and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.
Fees
Fees, payment schedules and refunds are as agreed with Kodyfier when you enrolled. The Vault shows the record of what you owe and have paid.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing course content or a login. You can delete your own account at any time from Delete your account.
The service
We work to keep the Vault available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Recordings are played through YouTube, and live classes run on third-party meeting services, whose own terms also apply. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Vault.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and tell students by email about any significant change.
