Delete your account
Kodyfier Vault is operated by KODYFIER FUTURE TECHNO TRAINING PRIVATE LIMITED, Pune, India (Google Play developer: kodyfier).
How it works
- Enter the email address you sign in with.
- We email you a confirmation link (it works for 24 hours, once).
- Open it and press Delete. Your account is deleted at that moment.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and password.
- Every device you are signed in on is signed out.
- Your discussion questions (with their replies) and replies, and any reports you made.
- Lessons marked watched, note downloads, live-class join records and notification preferences.
- Your access to every course ends.
What is kept
Fee and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, attached to an anonymous id instead of your name or email. Notes written on them are removed; amounts, dates, receipt numbers and payment references are kept as part of the accounting record. Aptitude and game progress lives only on your device: uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes it.
Can’t receive email?
Write to thapatechnical@kodyfier.com from any address, with your name and the batch you studied in. We confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 7 days.
